  • Islamic (swap-free) accounts subject to approval;
  • Demo accounts for practice purposes.

1.3. Account Security

1.3.1. The Client is responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials confidential;
  • Using strong, unique passwords;
  • Enabling two-factor authentication;
  • Notifying Exness immediately about unauthorized access;
  • Ensuring device and connection security.

1.4. Multiple Accounts

  • Open multiple trading accounts under one Personal Area;
  • Operate accounts in different currencies;
  • Have different account types simultaneously;
  • Be subject to verification across all accounts;
  • Face restrictions if misuse is detected.

2. TRADING TERMS

  • Available market liquidity;
  • Current market conditions;
  • Technical factors affecting execution;
  • Spread and slippage variables;
  • Trading hours for specific instruments.

2.2. Margin Requirements

  • Forex: Sunday 22:00 to Friday 22:00 (GMT+3);
  • Metals: 24 hours, Monday to Friday;
  • Indices and stocks: According to relevant exchange hours;
  • Cryptocurrencies: 24/7 with maintenance breaks.

2.5. Technical Issues

2.5.1. In case of technical issues:

  • Contact Exness support immediately;
  • Document the issue with screenshots;
  • Check system status on Exness website;
  • Use alternative access methods when possible;
  • Understand that Exness is not liable for losses due to technical failures beyond our control.

3. FINANCIAL TERMS

3.1. Deposits

  • Use only payment methods registered in your name;
  • Follow minimum and maximum deposit limits;

  • Submit details through the Personal Area;
  • Provide relevant transaction references;
  • Allow up to 5 business days for initial response;
  • Cooperate with information requests during investigation;
  • Escalate unresolved issues following our complaint procedure.

5.2. External Resolution

5.2.1. If a complaint remains unresolved:

  • The Client may contact relevant regulatory authorities;
  • Consider alternative dispute resolution;
  • Legal proceedings as a last resort;
  • Time limitations may apply to filing complaints;
  • Documentation of all communications is recommended.
