- Forex: Sunday 22:00 to Friday 22:00 (GMT+3);
- Metals: 24 hours, Monday to Friday;
- Indices and stocks: According to relevant exchange hours;
- Cryptocurrencies: 24/7 with maintenance breaks.
2.5. Technical Issues
2.5.1. In case of technical issues:
- Contact Exness support immediately;
- Document the issue with screenshots;
- Check system status on Exness website;
- Use alternative access methods when possible;
- Understand that Exness is not liable for losses due to technical failures beyond our control.
3. FINANCIAL TERMS

- Use only payment methods registered in your name;
- Follow minimum and maximum deposit limits;

- The Client may contact relevant regulatory authorities;
- Consider alternative dispute resolution;
- Legal proceedings as a last resort;
- Time limitations may apply to filing complaints;
- Documentation of all communications is recommended.
